ThyssenKrupp Metalurgica Campo Limpo awarded "Gold Level Certification" by Caterpillar Inc
During a ceremony held in Brazil on December 7, 2011 Mr. Scott Bell – Process Control Engineer for Crankshafts & Connecting rods presented the ThyssenKrupp Metalúrgica Campo Limpo team with the Caterpillar Gold Level Supplier Quality Excellence Process Recertification Plaque. Currently, ThyssenKrupp Metalúrgica Campo Limpo is the only Caterpillar crankshaft supplier to be certified at the gold level. This award is in recognition of the excellent performance during 2011 in the production of machined crankshafts. Mr. Bell emphasized the organization, cleanliness, documentation and mainly the employee’s commitment as key points for its success.
